Please register your vehicle(s)

Harrogate Square seems to have ample parking for all owners and their occasional guests with plenty to spare. Part of the reason is the design of our place. When these multi-unit buildings were initially being drawn on paper, somebody decided to not build another one where the pool and tennis court are located. The parking would have likely been tight if we had an additional building.

Extra parking spaces aside, we can have violations of the parking rules despite all the extra spaces; see the Rules & Regulations, Article I, Section 16. If you have your vehicle listed, it’s not going to be towed by accident. If we also have your contact information, we can let you know of the problem before it can really irritate the other owners.

Please, register any contractors that will be doing maintenance/remodeling work for you. If you are having out-of-town guests coming in for a stay, register their cars so it won’t be a problem for them or your neighbors.

The registration form is on Google Forms and is not and will never be public information.

Registrations are not posted immediately but are done regularly. The list can be seen in three different places:

• A verbose listing for Board Members and the Property Manager only

• A partially redacted listing for any person we granted access to

• A fully-redacted version

These places make it fairly easy to type a License Plate Number into the Ctrl+F search box and discover if the plate is already listed.
